Submit your team for Spring 2026. Make sure your team name, division, and primary contact info are accurate. Incomplete submissions may delay approval.

Before you submit: You must have a certified head coach/team manager listed. Rosters will be verified before game day.

Next Steps After Submission
  • Step 1: NNSFL reviews your submission for division + contact accuracy.
  • Step 2: You’ll receive confirmation and any missing requirements (if applicable).
  • Step 3: Coaches/Staff must complete registration + required credentials.
  • Step 4: Team roster verification happens before first game day check-in.
Reminder: Zero tolerance for fighting or bench-clearing. Team discipline is a coaching responsibility.
