• League cancellation: if NNSFL cancels an event/program, the league will determine whether refund, credit, or reschedule applies.
• Partial completion: if play starts and is interrupted due to weather/field conditions, refunds are not guaranteed.
• Safety decisions: safety-related pauses, delays, or cancellations are final.

• Defective/damaged items: replacement or exchange may be approved.
• Custom/print-to-order items: generally final sale unless defective.
• Return condition: items must be unused and in original condition/packaging where applicable.
• Shipping: return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by NNSFL fulfillment.
