- Participants must meet the division requirements for the season (age/grade/division rules as published by NNSFL).
- Guardians are responsible for selecting the correct division and providing accurate information.
- NNSFL may reassign, deny participation, or remove participants for incorrect division placement, incomplete documents, or eligibility issues.
Only certified players and credentialed staff may participate. NNSFL may require documents such as (depending on format/season):
- Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or state ID)
- Medical consent / emergency authorization
- Liability waiver
- Physical/medical clearance (if required)

Football and athletic events carry inherent risks, including serious injury, paralysis, or death. By participating or allowing a minor to participate, you acknowledge and accept these risks for practices, games, travel, facilities, weather, equipment, and all related activities.
If a participant needs emergency care and a guardian cannot be reached, you authorize NNSFL representatives to seek emergency medical treatment. Guardians remain financially responsible for all medical expenses.
NNSFL expects respect toward athletes, coaches, officials, staff, and families. NNSFL may remove (without refund) any player, coach, parent/guardian, or spectator for unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive behavior, or violation of NNSFL rules/event staff direction.
- Teams/organizations are expected to ensure coaches/volunteers who have repeated contact with athletes meet minimum standards.
- This may include background checks and required certifications set by NNSFL for the season or event.
- Sideline/field access is limited to approved/credentialed personnel only.
- All coaches and team staff must comply with the Nevada Coach Compliance Policy and Coach Agreement.
- Participation may not be mandatory, may not be tied to high school roster decisions, and must remain separate from school programs.
- Violations may result in removal from league participation.
- Registration and payments may be processed through the NNSFL website and approved payment providers.
- All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
- Attempted chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in suspension/ban and fees to recover processing costs.
- NNSFL may cancel or suspend a registration for fraud, non-payment, or policy violations.
Unless NNSFL states otherwise in writing for a specific event, all fees are non-refundable, including (but not limited to): registration fees, team fees, player fees, coach fees, certification fees, tournament entry fees, gate/admission fees, merchandise, and add-ons.
- No refunds for: missed games, no-shows, late arrivals, forfeits.
- No refunds for: removal due to rules, eligibility, or conduct.
- No refunds for: schedule/venue changes, weather delays, rescheduled games.
- No refunds for: voluntary withdrawal or inability to attend.
- No refunds for: travel costs, hotels, transportation, lost wages.
Schedules, locations, divisions, game formats, start times, and event structure may change due to field availability, weather, safety, staffing, emergencies, or competitive balance. NNSFL’s decisions are final.
NNSFL event rules apply at all times. Officials and NNSFL staff have authority to enforce rules, assess penalties, and issue ejections. Ejected participants may be subject to suspension and/or removal from future events.
NNSFL events may be photographed or recorded. By attending or participating, you grant NNSFL permission to use photos/video of participants and spectators for league operations, highlights, promotion, and documentation without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Independent teams/organizations are responsible for their own internal policies, training, supervision, insurance (if required), and compliance with applicable laws and requirements. NNSFL is not responsible for the internal decisions or actions of independent organizations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NNSFL and its directors, staff, contractors, volunteers, officials, sponsors, and host venues are not liable for injuries, illness, theft, property damage, travel incidents, or other losses arising from participation or attendance.
- By registering, you consent to receive league communications (email/text) related to schedules, certification, reminders, changes, and event notices.
- NNSFL does not guarantee uninterrupted site access or message delivery.
NNSFL name, branding, logos, schedules, rules, and materials may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (unless an event is hosted elsewhere and local requirements apply). Any permitted legal action must be filed in the appropriate court jurisdiction determined by NNSFL.
NNSFL may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation or attendance after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
